Introduction
In February 2008, FLCI was located at #1 Ipil St. Project 3 Quezon City. Due to its growing number of students, it was moved to its present location - #81 Molave St. Proj. 3 Quezon City.
The center offers Pre-school Development Programs (Nursery, Kinder I and Kinder II), and Tutorial Services, Grade 1 to 6 and Special Education (SPED one-on-one, SPED Class, Mainstreaming).
FLCI is owned and managed by dynamic individuals who believe that giving children the proper education at an early age will help in developing their individual potentials.

We envision children to reach their fullest potentials and be productive individuals in the community.
Mission
To be a learning center that will facilitate the holistic development of the child-with an act and attitude of creativity, social awareness and self-reliance.
