Enrollment

  • A student is considered officially enrolled for the school year upon payment of his/her tuition and other fees and submission of the required admission documents.
  • A student will not be allowed to enroll unless she/he had fully settled his/her accounts during the previous year.
  • Students with academic/behavioral problems have to be accompanied by their parents or guardians in getting the registration form the Directress at a specified time before enrollment.
  • A student must have his/her Learner Reference Number (LRN) - incoming Nursery and Kinder I students are exempted.
  • A student without LRN but submitted a certificate of catch - up programs for the pre-elementary level (specifically from public schools) may be accepted.
  • A student must be enrolled on the given scheduled dates.
  • A student who asked and received transfer credentials but did not pursue his/her intention to enroll in another should surrender all his/her transfer documents to the office to re-activate his/her enrollment status.

Payment of tuition and other school fees

  • Reservation fee shall be deducted from the child's tuition fee upon enrollment.
  • Books and other school materials are included in the miscellaneous (Pre-School only).
  • Tuition fee excludes the cost of uniform. School uniform, PE uniform and Boy/Girl Scout Uniform (Kinder II and Elementary) are available at the office.
  • Parents may choose from either Annual, Semestral, Quarterly, and Monthly modes of payment. The parent/guardian must sign of the Statement Agreement upon enrollment.
  • Parents are informed of the schedule of payment of tuition and other fees through circulars. Failure to comply with the deadline set by the office will mean a corresponding penalty.
  • Tuition and other fees may be paid in full or installment basis either in cash or checks.
  • There will be a 5% discount for each child (siblings only).
  • There will be 10% discount in the tuition fee for the next school year if the child graduated as First Honors. He/she might be from FLCI or from other school (with certification).
